free post

Hello today i will talk about the importance of exercising and eating well.
This is a very interante for me, since it is the perfect complemet to have a healthy body and healthy mind.

There are very forms of exercise. Only you're you should take your own initiative.
Can be done from a simple exercise such as walking every day, then jog around the park or the nearest plaza.
No doubt this will relax your body and feel better a lot. Another methodology is easy to do crunches every day, can begin with only 20 per day, this will strengthen your abdomen. Exercise into your life is an important way of strengthening the energy corrporal. But no good if your diet is not adequate and only eat junk. Today exist a lot   children and adults eat junk food, and this is very harmful to the human body to contribute then just fat. See and eventually you will began to feel ill, you will not run or do your stuff properly, you will feel lazy for everything. For this the indication that I give is to eat vegetables, drinking milk and eating meat, all in a balanced way, you can not eat anything, but tapoco you can eat in abundance, you must find the balance between the two, just so you can have a life welcome and enjoy this. From my point of view I think a good feed mixed with a good exercise routine contributes to an excellent quality of life, and then you can take all time.
My advice is to eat healthy and live healthy, the rest is complemented by the walk of life

stereotypes for me !!!

Hello classmate , first of all apologize for not being published, but I was in trip of the university.
In my opinion I believe that in Chile there are many stereotypes of people, and   it's a cultural issue social and even economic.
In my country there are the so-called urban tribes, which correspond to small trends that are identified by some type of clothing or music. Without doubt the rarest are the "Flaites or sopaipillas" a something rare sort who believes that violence and slurred speech may be masters of the world. (I Hate!!)
Other stereotypes of ordinary people in Chile are ethnic cultures for example:  Aymara and Mapuche, which often are little respected and over pass . In my view, I think these people whether they should be valued, since in some way represent the origin of ourselves, let alone have the courage to follow their own customs with them, are important legacy of our history and The purest meaning of being a social integrator country.
Well certainly in Sudamerica there are a number of stereotypes of people, the Argentinian for example are enlarged, the Brazilians are enjoyers of life, Peruvians resent, but good people (as me) the Colombians, excellent party hosts and dancers.
So from my point of view each group of people, behave according to variables such as geography and socioeconomic climate in which it develops, this will mark a thin line of difference, which above all must be respected, as all we are people.

The Chilean Beach For me

The topic this week is very fun for me, and I'll talk about the Chilean beach .
Chile as a country with extremely long and limit to the Pacific Ocean, is characterized by many beaches, and different colors of sand, that derives from the minerals belonging to the  "Cordillera de los Andes" , this makes them very distinct from each other and through the same thing too muuch atratctivas for tourists worldwide.
In particular the beaches for me are great, both for its attractive landscape and its waters. And I've had the opportunity to learn muuch throughout Chile.
But far for me is the most beautiful and Totoralillo Moriillos because I do not like crowded places, but rather lonely and quiet, this allows me to get away from the city and share with nature.
The recent past summer for the second time I went to Morrillo, a secluded beach for the Fourth "Coquinbo"region, it was wonderful and very entrtetenido, toys footbol, walk across the sand to bare feet and bathing me, besides that, I shared with my family, eating a rich ¡¡barbeque??

My first Disc... The Number of the Beast

Hello friends this week  I speak about one of the gifts  more interesting and good that I have received in my life!!!

Yes, this gift was a cassette of one of my favorite bands, and I am sure for many rock fans too , this disc was my Father. Was one of his relics and that he had bought when I was young, and represented a great sentimental value.
This  album was released by the band Iron Maiden in 1982, was undoubtedly the best in the history of this band,  with their new vocalist the great Bruce Dickinson. So since I heard the track which bears the name of the album I fell in love with this style of music, which for my father a lover of good rock, caused great joy.
"The number of the beast", without a doubt my favorite song, has marked a before and after in my life, I heard this song all time,  the maximum power that bore my little bedside radio.
That's why Iron Maiden is my favorite music group and no doubt will remain so  for all my life, each new album that you edit, I have it, so when I'll old to tell my children the music young i listened, and to report that his grandfather was who taught me first see this style of music.

The Juncal Glacier a Beautiful experience

Hi friends hope all are fine

Today I will talk about one of my most interesting trips I made in my life.

In the year 2009 with an elective course of the university, I visited a glacier in the Andes mountains, this is located in the Valparaíso region.

The glacier tongue of  "juncal Park" is an interesting  ice body whish  falls more than three thousand feet to our feet, and that is part of the largest glacier in the Central Andes and one of the few in the world growing at the foot of the imposing  Juncal Hill, of 6,100 m. (20,000 ft.). The landscape offers an impressive view of "Monte alto de los Leones", mountain considered by many as the Matterhorn.

It was certainly an unforgettable experience for all the adventures we go through.

The bus that transported us from Santiago, we stopped at a park shelter at the beginning of Juncal, then we had to walk with our classmates on a trail about 5 hours to get to where they would establish our camp. That night we camped for the next day move up the glacier.

The next day we equips, and began the ascent the most beautiful place  I've lived outdoors.
The main objective of this trip was to recognize one of the main water sources for the future, and view the impressive geomorphology derived from this large body of ice on the ground, and apply all previously acquired knowledge in class.

If you want to visit the glacier you can also find more information on this link

if you like the outdoors and extreme adventure you have to go "yes or yes"
